Parking Lot Maintenance company looking for grounds keeper to detail grounds for commercial/shopping center. Job consists of detailing grounds to present a clean and friendly environment for patrons. Removing trash, cob webs, and paying attention to small detail assuring the center is clean. Fulfilling tasks as they arise, interact on a daily basis with Property Management on premises and tenants in the most professional manner. Must be reliable, presentable (company shirts are available), with good work ethics, and have own reliable transportation to be punctual and on time. FULL TIME 40 hrs paid.
