Vista Galleries is a family run business with over 30 years of experience proudly serving the Clearwater, Florida area. We specialize in wholesale art supply and custom framing. Seeking part-time help for delivery, installation, and assembly. As an art handler, your job will change on a daily basis. Typically you will transport art to, and install art in, client’s homes, offices, galleries or museums. Be prepared to move and install sculptures, mirrors and a variety of other pieces that the client may request. We are a full service, customer-service based business. You must be able to present yourself in a professional, positive manner with respect for the client’s/designer’s opinion. Job Description: ⁃ Hang Artwork in Clients Home/Business ⁃ Maintain Artwork Storage - Handle Art with Care for Transport and Installation ⁃ Help with Frame Assembly as Needed Candidate requirements: ⁃ Comfortably lift 40lbs, head height for a few minutes ⁃ Comfortable climbing tall ladders while carrying 40 lbs ⁃ Team Oriented, professional in attitude and appearance - Able to spend long durations of time standing squatting and kneeling - Able to accurately read a tape measure, diagrams, and convert fractions - Knowledge of common power tool and hand tool usage - Able to work outdoors/ in the heat -VALID Driver’s License - Customer service experience - Willingness to cross train Job Type: - Full-time - 35-40 hours/week Salary: - Discussed at interview - Paid Time Off (after 90 day review)
