Description
We are looking for a Full time/Part time custodial person who can maintain the physical integrity of our Condominium Community. Must have a positive attitude, be able to fill out reports, lift up to 50lbs. Will need to bend, stoop, kneel, reach overhead on a regular basis with no restrictions. Job duties require cleaning trash rooms, rails, floors, elevators, scrubbing walls, doors and pressure washing. General labor is assisting the Site Manager in repairs such as sanding, painting, changing light bulbs, fixing the air system in the trash chutes. We are willing to train. Must be vaccinated for Co-Vid, able to pass a background check, drug test, and have a good driving record. Work hours are Tuesday thru Friday 9:30am to 6:00pm Saturday 8am to 4:30pm. Will negotiate part time hours. Vacation, Holiday pay and Health Insurance included for full time.
