Description
A perfect place to start your journey in yoga or reintroduce the way you practice back to basics with Hatha Yoga. I am RYT which means I have been to an approved yoga school along with over 3000 hours of teaching & continuing my education with bhakti as a student of yoga.
I offer Semi / Private Sessions. Focus on postures that are practiced to align, strengthen and promote flexibility in the body. Breathing techniques and meditation are also integrated. You can expect an emphasis on simplicity, repetition, and ease of movement. Full-body relaxation and balance are the goals as we make a full circuit of the body’s range of motion with standing postures, twists, backbends, forward folds, and hip openers.
