Destiny4Daughters Empowerment Coaching Group is welcoming vendors to be a part of our Open Air Vendor Flea Market Event. We are only accepting BUSINESS VENDORS ONLY, no matter of the size. You must have a business for this event. We are accepting vendors in the Mental Health, Music, Fashion (t-shirts, clothing, shoes, etc..), Waist Trainers, Detox Tea Beauty, Hair Care, Shea Butter, Natural Oils, Jewelry, Health & Wellness(Fitness & Nutrition) to name a few. This event will allow duplicate vendors (limit to only 2 duplicate vendors) except for Paparazzi and Mary Kay Consultants (there can only be one of each). If you are a Paparazzi and Mary Kay Consultant please ensure to have a variety of products on hand, for our Mary Kay Consultants ensure to have more than just samples (this is to give you an advantage in selling on the spot). This event will also allow vendors to network with other vendors. RESTRICTIONS: NO ALCOHOL, CIGARETTES, E-CIGARETTES, TOBACCO PRODUCTS, CANNABIS, DRUGS OF ANY KIND, OR WEAPONS VENDORS ARE PERMITTED! NO EXCEPTIONS. Vendor opportunities are open to male entrepreneurs and business owners as well. If you are looking for vendor opportunities then join us for our Open Air Vendor Flea Market Event. This is an opportunity to showcase your product and/or services and building relationships with new clients. To ensure that our office receives the appropriate information YOU MUST SUBMIT YOUR REQUEST FIRST via email [email protected] with the following information: your name, business name, and product and/or services before registering. Once received, you will receive a reply email informing you that your request has been approved and that you can register for the event. Please note that if another vendor submits a request and they are approved and the space has been secured you will be placed on the waiting list. Vendor space is on a first come first serve basis. DO NOT REGISTER PRIOR TO APPROVAL. LIMITED TO 50 VENDORS (subject to change). Non-Refundable Vendor Fee: $65.00 (does not include table, chairs, or table cloths-vendors are responsible for those items, all vendors will keep 100% of their proceeds). Please note that we are not responsible nor will be held liable for any sales or lack thereof before, during, or after the event. All vendors are responsible for keeping watch of their stations. We will not be held liable or responsible for any lost, stolen, and/or damage products or items. COVID-19 & HEALTH NEWS: DESTINY4DAUGHTERS EMPOWERMENT COACHING GROUP NOR IT'S AFFILIATES WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY PERSON WHO CONTRACTS COVID-19 OR ANY STRAND ASSOCIATED WITH COVID-19 NOR THE MONKEY POX. AS A VENDOR ONCE YOU REGISTER FOR THIS EVENT YOU ARE IN AGREEMENT WITH OUR COVID-19 POLICIES AND GUIDELINES LISTED. Destiny4Daughters Empowerment Coaching Group will do its best to follow all CDC guidelines and to provide guest and vendors with the following COVID-19 guidelines. The vendors and attendees acknowledges and freely and knowingly understand that as a result of their vendor registration and participation, they hereby assume full responsibility for their own well-being and safety, releasing Destiny4Daughters Empowerment Coaching Group and it's Affiliates from any and all damages and/ or health risk. Additionally, I encourage all vendors to use the necessary precautions outlined below and in compliance with the CDC to protect themselves as a vendor, the list below MUST be followed but not limited too: Hand Sanitizers-Vendors are required to have hand sanitizers at their booths NO EXCEPTIONSFace Mask-While not mandatory but is strongly requested by all vendors, especially those who have not been vaccinated. This is to protect you. Social Distancing-Please ensure that stations are practicing social distancing .Cleansing-Vendors are required to wipe down their stations periodically.Each vendor will receive a copy of this outline to be placed at their station. Your health and safety is important to us and let us work together in using wisdom regarding this matter. *If you are feeling ill, have a fever or have been around anyone that has tested positive for COVID-19 or has been contacted due to contact tracing or have been exposed to Monkey Pox in the past 14 days prior to the event, please stay home* There will be no refunds but your vendor fee will be transferred to a future event. Set-Up Time, Location, and Cancellation Policy: Arrival Time: Vendors can arrive as early as 7:00am to set-up their stations. Location: Furley Elementary School Parking lot (Sinclair Lane and Moravia RD) Cancellation: If cancellation is due to inclement weather or unforeseen circumstances, the date will be rescheduled and all vendors will be notified immediately and vendors fees will be transferred to reschedule date.
