Start your day with morning yoga at Spooky Nook Sports Champion Mill. Gather your friends to practice sun salutations as the sun rises in the sky, enjoy food trucks and check out our new outdoor field – all for a good cause. Your ticket to this event is by donation only, and all proceeds go to the Hamilton Community Foundation. Please park in the lot off of Rhea Road. We will be on the outdoor turf, with a rain location inside of the Champion Mill Conference Center.
