Description

This isn't any drag event like you've been to before. Let's honor our city's amazing drag talent (and DJs, of course!) for all they do for the LGBTQ+ community during Pride month and year round! Our drag performers who have been busting a$$ for us will get to enjoy themselves - out of the big hair, makeup, corsets, and heels - while we tell them how beautiful they are, buy them drinks, and maybe even throw a few tips their way. That's right, there is no real drag show but just a fun time enjoying each other, saying thank you, and checking out one of Cincinnati's hottest new LGBTQ+-friendly spots, Alice OTR. Oh, and did we mention the proceeds go to Transform Cincy? Not only will you be able to eat, drink, and be merry, but you'll also support the great work that Transform Cincy does in our local community. So let's raise a glass to the Queens, Kings, and DJs that keep our community going, bring us laughs, and prove that you can do anything with a push-up bra and some blush! About Transform Cincy Transform has a simple goal: Provide free wardrobes, head to toe, for transgender and gender non-conforming youth. Why? Because affirming care is the best way to protect transgender youth. Having a safe space and community center available gives new opportunities for LGBTQ+ youth to make new friends and make a difference in their community. Our recent focus has been expanding our programming to offer community groups and social events. We are passionate about connecting with young people in need and their families to give as much support to vulnerable youth as possible. It’s so much more than just clothes. When one of our clients tries a new item on, and gets to feel more comfortable and joyful in their own skin, that is the transformation we are making. Learn more at www.TransformCincy.org
