Reporting to the building's Facility Manager, the Assistant Facilities Manager will oversee the maintenance, repair and operations of all indoor and outdoor facility spaces. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing facility related maintenance for all building mechanical, HVAC and plumbing systems. The individual must be self-motivated and have strong problem solving skills. Knowledge of pools and spas is a plus. We will train the right candidate.
