We are holding a one day event in Manhattan in the legendary Rainbow Room at the Rockefeller Center for about 75 people and need an event coordinator to help do...well..whatever is needed to make the event successful! That may, and probably will, include: registration, guest assistance, staff coordination, speaker coordination, A/V coordination, socializing with guests, and largely paddling like crazy under the water's edge like a duck while presenting a very serene "face." Basically, we need a miracle working helper who can and will be excited about the simple act of helping us make our event awesome. We will pay $350 for a full day. Starting at 7 a.m. and ending likely around 6 pm. Our organization conducts events and ongoing education for high level admin assistants.
