Description

Steinholding is a traditional Bavarian strength contest in which competitors hold a full one-liter beer stein (or Masskrug/Mass in German) out in front of their bodies with a straight arm, parallel to the ground. You go as long as you can and the last person holding with good form is the winner. Join us on September 16th to see if you have what it takes! Along with the competition, we will be hosting an Old-School Hip-Hop Night from 6pm-10pm. The competition will start at 7pm. Tickets to compete are $25 and include an official US Steinholding Association Stein! If you just wish to be a spectator, there is no cover fee for this event. The winner will win a Bent Water SWAG bag & gift card. They will also qualify for the State Championship at Jack's Abbey in Framingham on October 2nd!
