I am looking to buy or adopt a small dog for my mother. Mom owns a house with a small backyard and is home most of the time so she has plenty of time to spend with a dog. Dog must not have any aggression issues and must get along with other dogs. Chihuahua or Pomeranian preferred. No pit bulls!!!
