This is the 2nd Class of the Primordial Sound Meditation series. If you have not taken the first class /Intro, please take that first as a prerequisite. The Primordial Sound Meditation INTRO is offered the 2nd Saturday of the month at 4pm in the Lotus Meditation Room at the Joshua Tree Retreat Center or it can be taken by visiting: www.fitconscioushappy.com Ready to integrate and deepen your practice?Class 2, "Integrating your Meditation Practice" explores the ins an outs of creating a consistent meditation practice. Since, you'll have had a chance to practice the Meditation from Class one, you will understand and learn more about the actual experience of meditation, the mechanics and long term benefits. It's a chance to dial in logistics and deepen your experience. You will also have a chance to receive your own personal sound Mantra as part of the class fee. Your birth information will be needed so I can calculate the mantra. After you register, you will be emailed a form requesting that information.
