Join us at Lake Mission Viejo for ✨The Sacred Rose✨ ~a sound and energy healing experience with rose 🥀 medicine with @healwithanniechang We will begin the ceremony a guided breathwork meditation settling you into a cosy space to receive the healing frequencies of our intentionally curated soundbath. We will also be working with the medicine of roses to absorb energetic blocks, clear trauma and emotional imbalances- helping you to heal matters of the heart and enhance self love from within. The roses ultimately act as a pendulum and Annie will read their cues and place them strategically over parts of the body where stagnant energy is present.  Optional Integrated Energy Therapy (IET) will also be offered to support and encourage the rose’s absorption of the energetic blocks. This is the perfect experience to share with your loved one or come by yourself and indulge in our ultimate self care ritual. After all #selflove is the greatest LOVE of all.
