The Minority Health Partners is a coalition of 200+ service organizations around the State of Indiana supporting racial ethnic minority communities in health, wellness, and community development. This year the Minority Health Partners will be hosting a Community Resource Fair to share resources, programming, and giveaways with the Central Indiana community. Food trucks, health education resources, free health screenings and more will be available!
