Join us in the park uptown for an early morning Flexi Stretch + Mindfulness session.
Build core strength and flexibility while unlocking tension and relieving stress. The session will combine breath and flowing movements to cleanse and recharge the body while providing an energizing opportunity to re-connect within.
While we take a meditative approach, there is still a good amount of movement and some sweat! Emphasis is on breathing and healthy pose alignment with a mindful focus.
Led by Coach Joy Francis.
- Class is about 90 minutes long.
- Open to all fitness levels - we offer variations and options to fit every body!
- All classes end with meditation & final relaxation.
- Reservations are required - space is limited.
- No mat rentals: please bring your own yoga mat / towel, or practice directly on the grass.
