Maintenance Supervisor

We are currently seeking an experienced maintenance supervisor to work at our two apartment complexes with 112 units in Richland and Kennewick. This is a fulltime position Monday through Friday but will require some evening and weekends for emergencies. This position requires basic plumbing, electric and HVAC skills. Pool experience is a plus. The maintenance supervisor is responsible for the day to day maintenance operations and upkeep of the grounds and pool. This position will require that we are in compliance with all city, state and federal regulations as well as the policies and procedures of Targa Real Estate Services.
