Looking for someone that knows how to install filters on gutters for homes. Preferably with experience Must not be afraid of ladders. Must know how to use a tape measurement. If you have a pick up truck or van I will pay $20 a day or gas. Preferably if you Have a 24 foot ladder and some basic tools like drills.
