Introducing DROP-IN Open Play at Clayton Library!Open Play is first come-first served (Space is limited). Pick-Up a Drop-In Token (one per child) from the Storytime Board* before storytime. (When the token bucket is empty, our Open Play Room is full for the morning.)(*Storytime Board: The red/white rolling dry-erase board used for programs: board/tokens will be out thirty-minutes prior to Open Play near the library entrance.)WHAT IS OPEN PLAY? In the two weeks between our 5 week storytime series our programmers are hard at work preparing awesome programs and lesson plans! The two weeks between storytime series will now be open play weeks! Open Play is an unstaffed program. Drop-In at your usual storytime day and time and enjoy the space to play and network with other caregivers and children in their age group. Books, toys, and music will be made available to enhance the experience. Baby Open Play is designed for children ages 6 months-18 months. In order to keep our attendees safe, space is limited.
