100 girls ages 8-18 will receive a free discovery flight to celebrate the 100th anniversry of Bessie Coleman's Memphis, TN air show that took place on October 11, 1922.
On Sunday, September 11th at 1:00p.m., the discovery flight participants are invited and expected to attend a free screening of "Flying Free, The Bessie Coleman Story" at Wolfchase Malco Theater. **There is a $10 fee for parents and additional attendees**
Following the film and discussion there will be a book signing by author and actress Karyn Parsons at Wolfchase Barnes and Nobles.
