Pure Barre is a non-impact, full body workout that strengthens, tones and lengthens your muscles utilizing the ballet barre. We will host class on-site at Canvas Townhomes. Please bring a yoga mat and wear socks and a pair of leggings or pants that fall below the knee. Plan to arrive 10 minutes ahead of class in order to ensure all safety waivers are signed!
