Hey everyone, I am currently looking to rehome my Terrier/Chihuahua mix that my wife and I rescued from the shelter a year and a half ago. Kira (Kiki) was set to be euthanized, and we decided to take her in and foster her for awhile to help find her a family. We actually ended up falling in love with her, but she does not get along well with our family dog. She is very sweet and loves to cuddle, parting with her is quite difficult as she has grown on us so much. I am in no rush to part with her as I would like to ensure she goes to THE right family. This dog was traumatized heavily before ending up in our home, so she is quite timid at first. Through the time we’ve had her she has made a complete turn around in health and demeanor and I believe she would do great in a household with a loving family that also respects her past. She needs to be an only pet, no other cats or dogs. There will be a rehoming fee, she will come with her safe space, bowls, a bunch of her favorite toys, and blankets.
