We firmly believe that landscape industry professionals are underpaid based on the cost of living in Sonoma County and seek to ensure everyone who works for us is thriving, happy, and respected. Our focus is on Estate and Residential landscaping where we provide a high level of professionalism in a socially relaxed environment. Schedule: (4) 10hrs days per week, Monday-Thursday Pay: $25-35/hr, negotiable depending on industry experience Benefits: Full health insurance after 30 days (options for vision/dental), Paid holidays, Paid time off after 1yr. Performance Based Bonuses: Paid out every 3 months, see below for details Experience required: We are open to hiring people with no experience if you are a good fit, but the more experience the better. Our bonus structure leads to many employees making an extra $5-15/hr on most projects. Other companies will just give you a pat on the back and a thank you (if you're lucky) for doing excellent work on a project. As active owner's with 15+ years of experience working in the field, we believe this is unfair, unmotivating, and gives no incentive to go above and beyond despite the company demanding that you should. Instead we share a portion of the profit of each project with our employees based on the project's completion time and materials used. That means if you finish a project under hours, and/or under budget, you get a fair percentage of that profit as a bonus. With the bonus included it means our employees are making $35-40/hr or more on successful projects even if their base hourly pay is $25/hr. We believe this unique pay structure incentivizes passionate, hardworking individuals to perform at their very best which not only give them better pay, but helps us delivery a higher quality product to our clients.
