Join Drexel’s Health Outreach Project (HOP) and The LGBT Center of Greater Reading for a Community Health Fair. We are looking for vendors who provide health-related services to host a table at this community event. Space is limited so please make an impact and sign up soon! Additionally, we are looking for speakers for the monthly “Our Health Speakers Series”. This series is intended to increase the public’s awareness about a diverse range of topics. If someone from your organization is interested in speaking, please email Paul at the [email protected]. Background: The Health Outreach Project’s goal is to utilize the LGBT Center’s reputation as a safe, accessible, and welcoming place to establish an on-site health program. This program seeks to minimize barriers to healthcare by providing critical services and education for those who identify as LGBTQ+ and the local community in the city of Reading.
