UMPR's annual Community Fair and Fall Festival is scheduled for Saturday, October 1st from 12PM until 4PM! We will be celebrating in Heuser Park with live music, food vendors, craft vendors, face painting, games, hayrides to a pumpkin patch, and much more! Bring your own | Space allotted: 12'x12' | Set-up Time: 9AM to 11AM | Outside event. Rain or Shine. APPLY HEREApplication Instructions: Please select/click on your correct category waitlist, sign into CommunityPass (or create an account), add yourself to the waitlist, THEN "CHECKOUT". This will take you through to the application process. Once your application is submitted, you will be registered to the waitlist. UMPR staff will then review your application. If accepted, you will receive an email notification from "Upper Merion Parks and Recreation" (check your spam!) that you have been registered for your category and are now able to pay. Once payment is received, you are a confirmed vendor. If payment is not received within two weeks after being notified of registration via email, your spot may be given to another vendor. *If you added yourself to the waitlist (i.e. applied) PRIOR to the end of discount deadline (July 10th), you WILL receive the discount, even if you get "accepted" after the deadline. *All vendors looking to sell any food or ingestible items; UMPR will require a copy of your insurance with Upper Merion Township and Upper Merion Township Foundation, located at 175 W. Valley Forge Rd. KOP, listed as additionally insured. Your policy must showcase a general aggregate liability insurance of at leaat $1,000,000. Upper Merion Township Pumpkin Lottery Sponsorship OpportunityUpper Merion Township is looking for sponsors who are interested in providing gift cards to their business (when applicable) or a monetary amount that will go towards the purchase of gift cards to local businesses for our Pumpkin Lottery attraction that will be featured at Community Fair & Fall Festival at Heuser Park on Saturday October 1. In addition, if we receive enough sponsors, the pumpkin lottery will also be featured at The Nor-View Farm Fall Fun Festival that runs all weekends in October beginning October 7 (12 dates in total). Gift cards will be part of the events’ Pumpkin Lottery. Winners of the lottery will receive the gift card. • Event Dates: Saturday, October 1st & possibly Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays beginning Friday, October 7th. • Where: Upper Merion Township’s Heuser Park and Nor-View Farm in King of Prussia OPTION 1: 2022 Pumpkin Lottery TOP Sponsor - $800.00You must provide a total of $800.00 (in gift cards when applicable -in the denominations of $15, $20, or $25). As a Pumpkin Lottery TOP Sponsor of $800, 1). your business logo will be placed on our Pumpkin Lottery banner at the top under Pumpkin Lottery Sponsors (which will be at each event, when applicable). 2). Your business logo or name + click through link (when applicable) will be on all our Pumpkin Lottery promotions (websites, social postings, flyers) denoted as a TOP sponsor of the attraction. 3). We would include your business name or logo on all promotions of the Community Fair Schedule of Activities which is promoted digitally, on socials, and at the event itself as a poster by the UMPR Info booth. OPTION 2: 2022 Pumpkin Lottery Sponsor - $300.00You must provide a total of $300.00 (in gift cards when applicable -in the denominations of $15, $20, or $25). As a Pumpkin Lottery Sponsor of $300, 1). your business logo will be placed on our Pumpkin Lottery banner under Pumpkin Lottery Sponsors (which will be at each event, when applicable). 2). Your business logo or name + click through link (when applicable) will be on all our Pumpkin Lottery promotions (websites, social postings, flyers) denoted as an additional sponsor of the attraction. OPTION 3: Pumpkin Lottery Gift Card DonorDonate at least 3 gifts cards of $15, $20, $25. *If you are unable to provide enough gift cards or monetary value to become a sponsor, we encourage businesses to donate at least 3 gifts cards of $15, $20, $25. As a Pumpkin Lottery Gift Card Donor, 1). your business name will be on our Pumpkin Lottery banner (which will be at each event, when applicable).
