Rehoming our kitty

Need to rehome my 5 year old calico American medium hair cat. She is spayed, an indoor cat, and would need a refresher on vaccines. Her name is Kali and I’m devastated that we have to re home her. We’ve had her since she was 8 weeks old, but we had a baby and unfortunately has an allergy to the cat. I didn’t want to have to post on Craigslist but all my local rescues and shelters said they’re all full and we should try to rehome her ourselves. Kali is a princess. She owns the house and she knows it. She would do best in a home with no other pets but she has tolerated our dogs. I don’t think she would do well in a home with another cat, but we haven’t really tried. She has also been great with our daughter although we’ve had to keep her at a distance. She loves dirty socks, for whatever reason and will also chase shadows. It’s pretty silly. She isn’t a picky eater like some cats can be, but she does prefer seafood/salmon recipes. Overall she is a good cat. We have a pet carrier and if you’re interested we can give you the cat tree she’s had since she was a Kitten. (She loves this thing) Asking a re homing fee of $75 to ensure a good home.
