MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN- FULLTIME Vero Beach for this small apartment community. compensation: $22.00 - $26.00 / hour All duties correspond to duties of maintenance technician- work orders, and get apartments ready after move outs. Duties require knowledge of plumbing, electric, flooring, painting, HVAC and drywall repair. Must have at least 10 years of maintenance experience. Must have own tools and reliable vehicle- truck a plus. Successful candidate must be a hard worker, reliable and good with people. M-F 9am - 6pm with 1 hour for lunch. some flexibility with hours NO ON CALL unless you want it.
