We are a small family business that has a collection of rentals, both commercial and residential. We are seeking a part-time very flexible maintenance technician who can perform basic maintenance duties such as: -Painting -Troubleshoot and solve basic plumbing -Very light electric -Workshop organization & inventory -Odd jobs like putting together furniture and taking care of minor landscaping issues -Coordinate with outside contractors for larger projects We're anticipating no more than 10/hr/wk worth of work that can be mostly completed on your schedule. If there were less, we'd still pay for the 10 hours. After hours, weekends, etc. are no big issue. From time to time, we may need an hour here or there during the day. If you are responsible, detail oriented, and can be tenant-facing, we'd love to hear from you. You must be able to pass a criminal background check.
