E-waste events/metal scrappers

Was just wondering if anybody knows of any E-waste events in the Grove area. My mother and I are both handicap, doing our best to get rid of a lot of wires and computer cases, circuit boards, etc. I'm also looking for metal scrappers who could come to the house and take all my metal boat rails a mast, aluminum bridge tower etc. etc. ?????
