I'm looking into getting a small dog and most of the "re-homing" fees that are here seem to be just work around ways to sell their dogs. I'm fine paying a little for re-homing, as long as its actually a re-homing fee, and I'm just looking into small dogs. I'd be fine discussing over the phone after some e-mailing to prevent spam.
