Great competitive pay Responsibilities: - Work Monday through Friday-8 Hours a day - Be on call for any emergencies - Maintain and repair the building’s major operating systems - Address any arising issues - Escort vendors - Conduct Property Inspections - Complete typical handyman jobs - Ensure the building is up to code Requirements: • Ability to manage your time efficiently. • Ability to lift at least 50 pounds.. • Able to work safely with a variety of cleaning supplies. • Have a valid driver license and clean record - A MUST! • Willing to train. Experience not required. • Must be legal to work in the US
