You corrected her after she misgendered them, and we didn't get a chance to say thanks. They were REALLY worried about the current name vs. deadname stuff being an issue before we came into the store, so, you correcting your manager meant a lot. (They're originally from a VERY conservative state and haven't been in town long yet; I'm still trying to get through to them that it's safer here. You helped prove me right.)
