I am a real estate investor and I am looking into a park in the area. I am not having any luck contacting the local mobile home parks to get information. I have left messages and they aren't calling back. So I would like to have someone gather this information for me that is in the local market for a small list of mobile home parks around 28301: * Pictures of park * Space rent at park? * What does space rent include? * Number of spaces currently available? * Current size of park (how many spaces total)? * Any amenities (parks, pool, laundry, etc...), if so; which ones? * If renting any mobile homes, how much are they renting for?
