Electrician needed for light hanging and 240v dryer plug

I'm looking for someone to take care of an electrical punchlist at a property in Minneapolis. House is located off cedar Ave near lake. Punchlist includes: -hanging light in stairwell -troubleshoot 3 way in main stairwell -add switch in stairwell -connect 240v dryer plug -possibly troubleshoot AC thermostat. (Bonus money if you get it working) Maybe a few more things as I think of them. House is currently a sober living facility so please be mindful of the circumstances while there.
