Need dog training help asap

Hello, my name is Audriana and my husband's name is Matthew. We recently adopted a 1 yr old mix dog named Moose. We desperately need help with someone to help us train him, he is fine with us but anyone else he lunges and barks at. He pulls hard on walks and does not listen well at all. Please help us, we don't have any money right now to pay for a trainer but desperately want him to be good and better with people.
