The Farm to Fiber Festival is at Hubbard County Fairgrounds, Park Rapids. Free and fun for the whole family. Fiber artists and vendors. The finished Tapestry Felted Traditional Mongolian Yurt will be on display for the day. Find out what a Mongolian yurt (also called a ger) is. Demonstrations, including spinning techniques, carding, felting, weaving, and more. Free fun for children and adults! Saturday afternoon at 1 p.m. is the Fashion Show. Anyone with handmade clothing or accessories is welcome to showcase their items. Entering items is free and the show is open to the public. Please register Saturday morning if you plan to enter an item to show.
