Small Local Property Management company looking to HIRE!! Landscaper Lead $18 - $20 HR. Seeking immediate Hire of experience Landscape Maintenance who is a Leader and Team Player We are Looking for: Minimum 2 years experience as Landscaper - In Multi housing communities/Commercial/Residential Irrigation basic knowledge is required (changing heads, minor repairs, programing clocks/timers) experience operating Landscape Equipment (mowers, weed eaters, blowers, hedge trimmers, hand tools, etc.) Experience in shrub and tree trimming, mowing, blowing, and weed eating Organized and able to handle multiple projects at once, and also have excellent customer service experience Able to supervise and lead with minimal management supervision Supervise all lawn maintenance Haul & Dump, move, lift, carry, push, and pull all objects weighing less than 50lbs without assistance Assistance Maintenance as needed Walk and Stand for extended period or for entire work shift Qualifications: Valid Driver's License Ability to follow safety policies and procedures Great Communication Skills Ability to drive to 5 properties each week (1 property per day throughout the Valley) Monday - Friday Be able to life 50LBS Knowledge of power tools and other landscape equipment Required to work outside full 8 hour shifts including the summer Reliable Transportation
