Maintenance Technician

We are a property management company with 100+ houses under our umbrella. We are looking for a maintenance technician that has the following skills: * Painting * Electrical * An understanding of HVAC repairs / maintenance * Carpentry * Plumbing * Drywall installation and repair * Ability to use a computer daily * Perform inspections * Garage doors * Cleaning * Door repair and installation * Basic handyman work You must have your own tools, work vehicle and cell phone for reporting purposes. Additionally a background check will be performed. We are looking to hire someone for approximately 40 hours a week. Finally, the maintenance technician must be able to schedule, report and complete multiple jobs at the same time. There will be daily interaction with the tenants. This position will report to the maintenance manager and regional manager.
