This position is at least 25 hours per week -- but could become a full-time position -- and consists of completing light maintenance requests and maintenance of the property grounds. Grounds: Changing the pet station bags/trash bags at the mail and grilling stations thru-out the property, Pulling weeds, Cleaning up trash and random items in the grass and parking lot, Placing items in the compactor or roll off dumpster when necessary, Delivering notices to residents doors, etc....
