GO Box designs, builds and operates circular, zero waste reuse systems that eliminate single-use products' harmful environmental, social and economic impacts. We are currently focusing on addressing single-use waste resulting from to-go food and drink by providing professionally clean and sanitized reusable containers and cups as a service to food service establishments and takeout customers. GO Box has already eliminated over 1 million single-use products and we’re just getting started! We are an exciting start-up looking to scale our service this year rapidly. We are currently seeking a Logistics Specialist who will be primarily responsible for delivering an inventory of clean reusables to participating vendors and servicing drop sites to collect returned reusables. Back at GO Box HQ, the Logistics Specialist will process returned packaging, help maintain clean inventory storage; prepare new reusables for use, and perform additional logistics and warehouse operations as needed. This is a critical role in the day-to-day operations that will contribute to the overall success of our service. This position is based out of the GO Box HQ is located in inner southeast Portland. Job Type: Part-Time (20-30 hours per week). Typical schedule will be 9 am - 4 pm, Monday through Thursday. No weekend days. Primary Responsibilities: - Prepare reusable packing for delivery  - Make deliveries of clean inventory to participating vendors - Collect returned containers from GO Box and partner drop sites - Record delivery and collection data accurately  - Help manage container inventory at GO Box HQ - Restock marketing materials at partner vendors and drop site locations - Engage with partner vendors, employees, and the general public about GO Box, represent the company professionally - Assist in new vendor outreach as necessary Requirements: - Current driver’s license and clean driving record - Customer service experience - Ability to communicate clearly, read/write/record data and perform simple mathematical calculations - Reliable; consistently at work and on time - Observes and follows proper safety procedures; willing to report potentially unsafe conditions - Must be able to work well as part of a team - Capable of lifting 25-50lbs - Previous experience as a delivery driver is a plus Competitive hourly wage (paid weekly) plus benefits including medical, dental and vision insurance, Oregon Saves Roth IRA, Oregon paid sick leave, paid holidays and paid time off.  To Apply: Please email us with your resume or a brief explanation of your work history and availability.
