Need help around the yard, light construction

Looking for a helper at my yard for light construction work. Ready to start. Need to mix small amount of cement, drill holes and add screws etc. Some experience with tools is helpful. Work is expected to last 2 weeks but if it works out maybe longer. Looking for a person who is clean, respectful, good listener who can follow instructions, show up on time, responsible, and who can communicate clearly. Hours are flexible but should be around 6-8 hours a day. No work on the weekends. Please reply to the email. Thank you
