Hello, I'm looking for demos, social media, or anything to be able to listen to upcoming metal bands in the Portland and surrounding areas. I want to manage and set up gigs (pro-bono) at first, because I'm trying to begin managing bands instead of managing a big box store. I currently I'm a front end manager at the biggest location for our company. So I have a lot of management experience just in a different way. I currently have a team of 55. I'm well versed in communication (talking with club owners for gigs), problem solving and developing team members. I also have money saved for a demo (not pro-bono), and a record label.
