Rehab Repair Crew Needed Must be able to do the following: Make screen frames and install screens, install blinds, light fixtures, ceiling fans, door stops, door knobs, hinges, switches, outlets, sink faucets, toilets, shower heads, towel bar, towel rods, towel rings, door bells and buttons, fire or steel doors, interior and exterior paint, pressure wash, minor deck repairs and paint, light landscaping, mulch, cut grass, weed eat, cabinet knobs install and trash out (will provide a dumpster if needed) Interior paint price - 1.25 per sf you buy the paint or.85 per sf if I buy the paint. Average pay is per job $2k-$3k (not including paint). Must have own tools and transportation. This is a 1099 job so please have you information. Insurance isn’t required.
