Our work week is Monday through Friday. We close down at the end of the year for the Holiday Break (the week from Christmas through New Year’s), and that time is paid. We have a unique opportunity for an individual to start with us at the ground level. Our immediate need is fulfilling the role of shop helper with light mechanical duties. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is looking to build a career in the automotive repair industry. DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: • Various shop tasks: keep shop/office clean, stock technician benches, empty oil/coolant drains and trash/recycling, light shop equipment/tool maintenance, etc. • Vacuum / sanitize, clean client vehicles and prepare for delivery • Shuttle clients to / from their destination • Pick up parts from various locations as needed • Assist technicians (lift / hold / participate) when needed • All processes of mounting and balancing of tires, to include the removal and reinstallation on vehicle, with proper care given to not damage vehicle or wheels
