We need a Maintenance man that we can contract to work part-time for our various projects and buildings that we need to have. We have a need for a person who can help with the following; - Plumbing ( clogs and minor fixes ) - HVAC (changing filters, cleaning, regular maintenance - Experience a must) - Lighting - Changing bulbs, climbing ladders, and being confident with simple electrical. Compensation is negotiable on experience and time commitment.
