Pay Range: $15.00 to $18.00 per hour Depending on experience. We’re looking for Leader with experience. Requirements: Lawn Maintenance Experience: 3+ Years (Expected) Valid OK Driver’s License: Required With Clean Driving Record Job Description Tomorrow’s Lawn Service is seeking an experienced, competent applicant for a Crew Leader position in a fast-paced, high-productivity environment.  We are seeking highly motivated leaders. Excellent communication skills and genuine honesty are a must. Responsibilities and Tasks required of Crew Leaders include, but are not limited to the following: • competence in mowing, weed eating, edging, debris removal • knowledge of grass types, and proper understanding of their care. • knowledge of various bushes and shrubs, and proper understanding of their care, including when and how to maintain. • communication of properties’ status and trouble areas as soon as noticed to expedite appropriate and satisfactory actions. • organizational skills and habitual cleaning of equipment and vehicles to ensure functionality. • knowledge of various weed control and turf management chemicals and their applications is a plus. • willingness to learn and be trained in weed control and turf management chemicals is expected of crew leaders. • ability to work outdoors, consistently, for extended periods of time, in any weather conditions. Expectations Crew Leader is a heavily depended upon position within our company, and we have low tolerance for absence without valid notice. • Work weeks run Monday through Friday.
