FULL TIME Job ($20-$25 Per Hour, based on experience) We are a Facility Services company based in Wilmington, Delaware that is looking to hire a FULL TIME Maintenance Technician to work (5) days per week, Monday thru Friday. NOTE: *Evening and weekend work may be required for emergency work. *A Valid Drivers License Is Required *Please include your resume with application The Maintenance Tech position will require TRAVELING to various commercial sites that the cleaning company manages in the following areas: Maryland (Mainly in the greater Baltimore area) Parts of Delaware Parts on Pennsylvania The Standard Hours of Service Are 8:30am to 5:00pm, (5) days per week, Monday thru Friday. The Service Duties Include But Not Limited To: *Commercial Maintenance work *Changing Door Locks *Replacing Light Bulbs *Changing Ballasts *Minor Plumbing Work *Minor Electrical Work *Unclogging Toilets *Hanging Numerous Items On Walls *Minor Sheet Rock Repair *Minor Glass Repair *Assembling Office Furniture & Equipment *PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: Must Be Able To Lift 20+ pounds Regularly Every Day, Bend, Stretch, Stand For Extended Periods Of Time, Climb Stairs, Climb A Ladder, Reach, Twist, Sit, Walk and squat. Compensation: $20-$25 per hour, based on experience Qualifications: *Must Have Valid Drivers License *2 Years Of Experience In The maintenance field is required. Organization Skills Are A Must *Company Vehicle and gas card is Provided During Work Hours. Tools and materials also provided. NOTE: Must be authorized to work in the US.
