Need a Hot Water Heater Replaced

I have a 40 gallon natural gas water heater that needs to be changed out. I can either pick up the new one and have it on the property or give me a cost for the whole job. Junking the old one would be appreciated but not necessary. It is scrap metal so I don't want to be charged to junk the old one. Either leave it behind or take it with you, makes no difference to me. Give me your price and let me know if you are licensed. Licensing is not necessary but obviously preferred. The property is on Paradise Ave in Woonsocket.
