Schultz Miller is a Seattle-based, premier builder of high-end homes and remodels. We are looking for a Driver/Construction Material Expediter to facilitate material flow to and from our projects. This is a full-time, permanent position with competitive compensation and benefits. Work will include (But not limited to) … - Driving & operating a small dump truck (12ft bed such as the Isuzu NPR style vehicle) - Driving & operating a Box Truck with 12ft enclosed bed and lift gate - Manage pick-up and delivery schedules as needed per project - Purchasing construction materials, construction supplies, hand tools and power tools - Managing Tool Inventory system - Managing delivery vehicle(s) maintenance and appearance - Managing storage facility of tools, materials and supplies Person in this position must … - Be at least 18 years old - Have a current Washington State Driver’s License - Have a good driving record - Be able to consistently pick up and carry at least 50 pounds - Be able to consistently climb in and out of (front and back) of both types of delivery vehicles - Have adequate knowledge of construction tools and materials - Have strong communication skills - Be able to work independently If you are a professionally minded individual who has a positive attitude, takes pride in a job well done, is teamwork minded, then please email us from our Schultz Miller website.
