I read the recent LOCO article about the Arcata gateway project a couple days ago. One of the first comments on the article was from counsel member Brett Watson. The comment was well written and expressed several points about the waste water infrastructure in Arcata, and the potential problems with developing the creamery district. The comment was only on the article for about 20 minutes, then it was gone. I know we have formed opinions about Mr. Watson, but I hope we can still hear what one of our sitting counselor members thinks about a city plan. I’m not sure if there was any truth to what Mr. Watson was saying about the gateway project, it just seemed suspect that his lengthy comment was taken down so quickly. Who knows? Maybe he took it down himself? Just thought it was odd
