This is for tomorrow, Tuesday, August 16th, meeting in Lakewood. Starting at 10am and working until approximately 5pm or 6pm. If it works out, we will be able to use you again on a part time basis. ------------------------------- A locally owned company is searching for a pool table installer/mover helper with the ability to lift 150lbs and walk with it in a team carry situation. Familiarity with power and hand tools is a plus. Responsibilities include: helping with the delivery and assembly of pool tables and game tables, Team carrying large and sometimes heavy pieces to and from truck into/within customer's home, set-up up of tools and work areas, assembling and moving of finished wood products, keeping supplies in truck and tool bags stocked, keeping all work areas clean, neat and organized. 99% of this job is performed indoors with 33% total work time spent in the truck driving from job to job. If this works out today, you could be offered a permanent part time or full time position. We would meet at my shop, in Lakewood near Belmar. I provide transportation to jobs and back to Lakewood. Position Requirements: - Team lifting and carrying of up to 150 lbs. up and down stairs in customer's homes. -The knowledge of and the ability to use hand and power tools (Impact drivers, drills, saws, tape measures, levels, etc.) - Good communication skills. ===== You must leave a phone number in your reply as I will be responding to applicants by phone only. ====== - You must have the ability to get to central Lakewood to start. - You do not need any tools of your own. - Special clothes are not required, just non slip shoes and nothing offensive on your shirt.
